2. Services

We offer professional consultations, laboratory analysis, and custom studies in airflow and movement. Service bookings are subject to availability. Unless noted otherwise, bookings may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance via the contact form. Certain specialized services may be non-reschedulable or non-refundable; such conditions will be clearly indicated at booking and justified by preparation expenses or third-party commitments.

3. Info Products

Our digital info products include reports, instructional videos, and e-guides. Upon delivery of digital content, no refund is offered unless the content is defective or fails to load properly. If you encounter technical issues, contact us within 7 days via the contact form for corrected files.

4. Physical Goods

Items shipped from AeroLabra.pro are subject to inspection upon arrival. If an item is damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days using the contact form. We will arrange for a replacement or a fee refund to your original payment method.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Service Refunds and Rescheduling

If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled service, we will refund the full fee. For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before, we refund 50% of the fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable due to preparatory expenses and resource allocation. You may reschedule once at no extra fee if done more than 48 hours in advance.

5.2 Info Product Refunds

Digital content is delivered immediately. Requests for refunds are not accepted after download or access has been granted, except in cases of technical failure. Report issues within 7 days for access to corrected files.

5.3 Goods Refunds

To process a refund for a defective item, provide photos within 5 days. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method.
